The Ladybug Game Rules:

The Ladybug Game is a fun, educational game about, you guessed it, ladybugs.

This game starts out pre-gameplay. There is a story included in the rules that sets up the characters that you will be playing and the reason behind their journey. Essentially, you need to get home and collect some yummy aphids along the way.

This is a good game for family time with little ones. It skews too young for my 8 year old daughter, but she still enjoyed playing with her brother. It is not a strategy type of a game. There are no decisions to make. You are at the mercy of the cards for how far you move, how many aphids you collect, and whether or not you can pass by the praying mantis.

That being said, we liked this game. The pace and challenge-level was fine when we played. It didn't take too long to play and there is a solid counting skill-practice involved.

My son's score: thumb up

My daughter's score: thumb middle

My score: 7 points
